[13 Jul 2005|07:12pm] So today I went to a ServSafe class. I had to go learn all this stuff about handling food and other restaurant stuff. It's pretty sick--you can get some kind of virus, disease, toxin, bacteria, etc. from ANYTHING. During my break I went to Lotus Garden and it was kind of gross, looking at all that food and wondering what I could get from it. Hepatitis A, salmonella, listerosis, botulism.. I was the first one from McDonald's done with my test (there was only one guy done before me, and he worked with Casa Ole). I hope I did alright because it seemed really fucking easy and I'd be really embarrassed if I failed. Anyway, here's a treat: Mne eto nado kak zuby v zadnitse.
